Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Purchase – Please remember that by Purchasing this item, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed. Please contact us first if you have any questions regarding any of our terms or products.
  • Games – Please note that games that are opened Will not be refunded. We do NOT accept returns for any opened games, regardless of compatibility.
  • Imported Games – Please be sure to know if your console accept games from other regions and the hardware needed to play these titles. If titles are purchased by mistake, your return will be subject to a re-stock fee (unless game is opened then it cannot be returned.)
  • Incorrect/Damaged Items – If you have received the incorrect item, we will replace the item, please contact us immediately if this happens.
  • Packages Damaged by Carrier – Please Email to report the problem, we will need pictures as proof so that we may file a claim for the buyer. General process takes 7-14 business days. We can provide either a refund / exchange once the claim has been paid by the carrier.

Return Policy

  • We will exchange defective products within 7 days upon delivery, anything beyond 7 days will be subject to a 15% Re-stock fee.
  • Our return policies do not apply to misunderstood/incompatible ads.
  • If it is a general return Items must be in FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If the item is returned to us in Any condition other than the condition we sent it, there will be a 15% restocking fee. If the item shows any evidence that it was played with, broken, or used, there will then be a 50% fee.
  • If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don’t want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Games are refundable only if they are in the original factory seal and unopened, once a game has been opened, we will not refund or exchange the game, applicable to refurbished/used sealed games as well.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless there is an error in your order made by us.
  • Shipping charges are non-negotiable.
  • Once an item’s tracking/delivery confirmation is marked delivered, we cannot refund the item unless item is defective (lost package claims must be made on the customer’s end.)
  • Please allow up to 3 business days to have returns processed.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
